MISUMI XR-S639B15U-70 is a Made-in-Taiwan 1/2.8" Color CMOS 1080p MIPI mini up-view camera module built for embedded designs with extremely limited installation space. At just 14.5×14.5×11.1mm, it is the more compact variant in this series, delivering sharp 1920×1080 imaging without sacrificing image quality. The module features a 70° field of view (70°/77° optional) and a low-temperature rated design for reliable performance in cold or outdoor conditions. Optional white LED, high-intensity LED, or IR illumination (850nm/940nm) extends usability into low-light and covert scenarios. Its MIPI Pin Define interface enables direct sensor-to-SoC integration, making it well suited for embedded vision systems, robotics, and industrial equipment where board space is at a premium.
